We are consultants to Executive Search Consulting Firms and Corporate Human Resources.  Our practice is restricted to a small number of clients for whom we can make a difference.  Specifically, we: 

• assist in the development of strategic human capital recruiting strategies

• identify and recruit leaders who will add to the bottom line through their exceptional skills

• specialize in difficult assignments for corporations who are building inhouse recruiting teams

• help search firms to open offices, develop new practices, or add bench-strength to existing recruiting teams

• make special effort to contribute to diversity initiatives
